Project: Site Development: two process and one pilot plant; a warehouse and admin/QC building

Services Provided: EPCM selection, Cost Control comprising cost engineering, auditing and traditional QS role

Cost: £ 55 million

Challenges: Client required the development of process design in parallel to fast track completion of process plants.

Solutions: BPP negotiated Green Book (CM type) contracts, developed works package contracts and provided costs control. Admin & QC project transferred from CM to lump sum after start on site.
