Challenges: Initially part of a major EPCM site development the Client wished to change procurement to a Design and Build basis whilst taking more control of the project.

Solutions: BPP developed Employers Requirement documents based on the existing specifications and subsequently provided Employers Agent assistance to Genzyme’s Project Manager.
