Project: New build housing scheme in Stratford, London. 78 units.

Services Provided: Employer's Agent, Quantity Surveyor and Planning Supervisor

Cost: £10 million

Challenges: Construction of a landmark building on a brownfield site within tight field constraints.

Solutions: Design and build procurement through a partnering framework. The design team was novated to maintain employer quality control. Early involvement of the main contractor in value engineering scheme development.
