Project: Food manufacturing plants located in Australia, New Zealand and New Caledonia

Services Provided: EPCM selection, Cost Control, Audit and Owner's Agent

Cost: AUD$ 130 million

Challenges: To assist with a restructure of existing businesses throughout Australia and New Zealand, to improve EBIT and at the same time, create a new business in New Caledonia.

Solutions: Results were achieved over a 3 year period to produce what the client described as “the best project the company had undertaken”.
