Client: Helados Holanda, Unilever Mexico

Project: Convert existing warehouse complex to ice cream factory

Services Provided: Site technical assessment, design assistance specification. Equipment selection and commissioning

Cost: £ 30 million

Challenges: To develop a proposal to convert disused grain warehouses into state- of- the- art ice cream production facilities.

Solutions: A variety of designs and techniques were developed to accommodate the existing buildings into the finished factory. Value Engineering used to maximise delivered value.
