Client: BMG Music Publishing Ltd.

Project: Full fit-out of central London HQ office, including production suite.

Services Provided: Client Project Management and Quantity Surveying, Employers Agent and Planning Supervisor.

Cost: £ 1.6 million

Challenges: With the Client's existing lease expiring in May 2005 and with no detailed brief, BMG appointed BPP in mid-November 2004 to review and implement a strategy to realise their business needs and target move date.

Solutions: Two stage selective tendering techniques were employed to appoint a contractor. Thus enabling an early start on site and control of design being recognised through a novated design team.
